FedEx has lost a package and I only asked Mattel Creations to help looking into a shipment as FedEx are completely out of control and of no help whatsoever and I got an email this morning, barely 24 hours after my first email, with a tracking number for a replacement car. Hell yes! The customer service people there at Mattel Creations are top shelf and it really sucks that they are forced to cover FedEx's a** on their crap service. I have said for years, the longer a package is in Fedex's hands, the greater the chance of a negative experience and here we are. You are only as good as your worst employee and there they are... Mattel Creations>FedEx!
