eBay Scalpers Are Ahead Of The Game - Are They Really?

 

This RLC car won't be on sale until June and there are 2 cars in between, that won't stop the scalpers frome getting things in line to score the $$$. This is the first RLC car I have seen pre-ordered on eBay this far in advance.
