Hot Wheels Virtual Legends Event
Today was another Hot Wheels virtual Legends event and in all my excitement this morning, I forgot to post anything in order to get comfortable for the Gasser drop and watch the event of course.
Of the 2.5 I have seen so far, this virtual Legends event was my favorite, not just for my collection, but the cars were awesome and the judges were really into this event with just about everybody having a Hot Wheels car close at hand.
As for my collection, it grew via Walmart and their end of the show sale, scoring the Zamac Sunagon in 2 different packages and the Gasser drop was a success for me this time as well. I will have some extra Hot Wheels stuff for a friend or two and my collection is getting some new castings. Today was fun, as close to going to a real Legends event as it will get for a while. Lets keep our fingers crossed that next year we can all do this in person again, either way I want to enter a Kei truck of mine and having friends around is always more fun!

Let's Get Back To Collecting 2
It has been some time since I last posted after hitting some hunting spots,
it has been a downer the last few months, money tight and long lines. This
year has not been the best, however being able to finally go hunting has
been fun and yes I did hunt some the last few months, however shelves have
been bare and cases delayed here and there. I have seen some other more
recently, in fact I got busted a week or so a go while pallet raiding a
Walmart with another collector, that was fun.
Today I decided to hit Krogers and made my first buy for their mail in car,
scoring a Bone Shaker id car in the process, while I had my mom on the phone
even! She has never been hunting before and we had grear luck, I will be
stalking another Krogers as well, that van looks pretty good and I might
need 2. If only the stores would get more Team Transport sets, I have
having to pay eBay prices for items I normally find on the pegs.
Let's hope things get back to as normal as possible so that we can hunt more
and maybe get a Legends event again, soon!

1969 Hot Wheels Splittin Image
A friend of mine is an electrician and while working on top of building in Los Angeles, a co-worker tossed this at him and due to his quick ass thinking, it now sits in my home waiting for a custom display to preserve its integrity. All 4 wheels roll really good and the suspension still bounces! A lot of speculation on how it got there and when, answers to which we will never know at this point. The Splittin Image is now the oldest car in my current collection and is going to remain in this condition unrestored.

T1's Rockster's Are Hot Property Post RLC Sale
T1 Rockster's have jumped in price in just over 7 hours after the RLC sale today, with an average price of $110.00 pre-shipping or tax for the Nationals RLC version. One 2018 RLC version is sitting at $127.50(*see auction results below) with just under 3 hours left in auction status on eBay as of this post. Prior to the sale and just after, certain T1 Rockster's were still available for around $80.00 shipped, pre tax. I paid on average $86.00 each with shipping, for the 4 T1 Rockster 's I have, that includes 2 pink RLC versions!

RLC T1 Rockster Sells Out In 3 Minutes!
In keeping with tradition, we failed to score a pink RLC car from the club, try we will again next time around!

The new store system rocks and I was done and paid for in 3 minutes flat, HWC and Shopify have fixed things for the best and it is my opinion that most RLC members will be happy with this now. Way to go HWC!

RLC Lamborghini Countach LP500 S Win!
After some tense moments starting around 9:15 and lasting until 10:13, I was able to swing the LP500 S! After the site crashed, I was logged out a couple of times and the cart function was up to it's old tricks, needless to say one of these beautiful examples will be arriving soon!
