I hit 1 of 2 local Targets the day the offer started and didn't find 20 I needed so I held off, this coming weekend will be a designated hunt day for me, 20 cars will be purchased no matter what and most will be given away to kids of friends who love their Hot Wheels, but not collecting for mail in offers yet. Win-win for all!
