Hot Wheels and the collaboration are nothing new yet most are met with a positive response, some go faster on other websites than the official Hot Wheels site. The Paul George drop with the Circle Tracker did not seem to spark the same enthusiasm as the Cey Adams '70s Van did recently or the Supreme Team Transport years ago... You can still find the PG6 car in the Mattel side of things on their site, while the shoes are sold out at Nike. The car chosen was the Circle Tracker and it is a NASCAR inspired fantasy car that is probably popular with kids jumping sleeping cats with orange tracks than collectors or the kids on Discord. Paul George has fans, he has haters, his shoes sell. Sell out...
So when the cars do not sell, is it big production numbers or low purchasers? The packaging is cool, the car has all the right logos, Nike included. It resembles the way his personal ride is done up, however it is The Circle Tracker... Or is it Paul George is just not a name most Hot Wheels collectors even know?
When the shipments begin and cars are delivered, let's see what the people have to say.
